Winter Warmth Drive

As we prepare for the upcoming winter season, the Office of Student Life & the ASB Student Senate is launching their Winter Warmth Drive. This is an annual drive hosted by the ASB Senate to help keep our community warm this season. We will accept monetary and physical donations starting today until Friday, November 7.    We will be fundraising monetary donations, as well as unused and new items such as: socks, gloves, beanies, scarves and blankets. You can bring any new and unused items to the new location of the Office of Student Life (Building 27, 1st floor), formally the old B&N Bookstore! Reiki Wellness Sessions

Curious about reiki healing? Feeling a little sluggish? Try one of our 15-minute reiki energy work sessions from Mooncycle Wellness! Sessions begin on Wednesday, Oct. 1 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Reiki is a non-invasive alternative healing modality that assists with our overall health and well-being, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Volleyball Sophomore Night

Come cheer on the SPSCC Clipper Volleyball squad in the final home game of the season on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. for Sophomore Night! The Great Club Harvest Fair

The Great Harvest Club Fair is here! You-ish Series Workshops

You-Ish means centering you to intentionally seek healing so you can internally secure your health. Join us for Confidence Coaching to help you realize your purpose and actualize your potential! The You-Ish series begins on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m. in 22-195 with Confidence You Can Count On. In the first installment, develop your confident mindset and gain skills to build confidence in any area of your life! Dr. Rees leads this series, a partnership between the Office of Student Life and Clipper Athletics.  The second installment is on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. also in 22-195. Museum of Glass

Don't miss a fun day at the Museum of Glass! We'll be taking current SPSCC students to the Museum of Glass in Tacoma on Friday, Nov. 7 from noon to 2 p.m.! Shipwreck Beads and Craft Corner

Craft Corner is not only back but we are once again welcoming back Shipwreck Beads! Join us in the library on October 13 and November 17 as we work on beading projects under the guidance of teachers from Shipwreck Beads, a local shop. All materials will be provided and you'll have something beautiful to take home at the end! We'll be crafting from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Library, but feel free to come when you can and stay as long as you can.  Don't feel like beading? That's fine! Meet the Timerland Regional Library!

DEC Calendar Have you met our local public library, Timberland Regional Library?? Well here's your chance! Timberland Regional Library (TRL) is a public library serving 5 counties (including Thurston) with millions of physical and digital items for you to check out. From books to audiobooks, DVDs to streaming movies, language learning apps and free printing, there's something for everyone at TRL!  The TRL Anywhere Library will be here at SPSCC from 11 am to 12 pm in the Student Union building (building 27), and set up over by the Clipper Cafe.  Services Available include: Get a Library Card, Borrow and return books and DVDs, Pick up Library Holds, Help with library online services such as web printing and digital materials.  We can't wait to see you!   This program is hosted in conjunction with the SPSCC Library. In the first installment, develop your confident mindset and gain skills to build confidence in any area of your life!
