History Connects: Russian Monuments in Latvia
This lecture by Gonzaga University Professor explores monuments in Riga, Latvia dedicated to Emperor Peter the Great and the Soviet Victory in World War II. Each tells a story about Russia's claims in the eastern Baltic.
