Organizational Leadership-Inner & Outer Session 1
Leadership is more than a position or title. It looks beyond the ability to make a decision or plan. Being a leader requires awareness of who we are intrinsically, how we present ourselves outward to others, and how we interact with those around us. We must pay attention to how our intentions and choices impact our lives and others. In this workshop, you will start to ground your life and work by becoming clear on your purpose and values. We will discuss the freedom that comes from living out the four principles of self-leadership. We will explore our penchant for risk and how that can stall or accelerate personal growth. Finally, we will explore a framework for executing your plan for improvement. 2/11/26 & 2/18/26,

Organizational Leadership-Inner & Outer Session 2

Bridging the Divide - A Student-Led Civil Discourse Event
Jackets Vote, a program of the Link Center, is pleased to support this year’s Bridging the Divide Campus Leader at UW-Superior, Oreoluwa Sofolahan.
Ore and Jackets Vote are inviting UWS students to attend student-led civil discourse events called “Bridging the Divide.”
Bridging the Divide, a new program of the Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership, seeks to reduce partisan division by fostering civil discourse among students and promoting civic virtue. The program brings students with different ideological and partisan political perspectives together for small-group conversations about current political issues and beliefs. Rather than reaching a consensus, the goal is to replace snark with civil dialogue and increase engagement and understanding between people with different opinions.
We replace snark with conversation, tweets with real talk, and scrolls and likes with face-to-face dialogue.
