UAF CAUSE Listening Sessions

University leadership will host a staff listening session to provide an opportunity for employees to ask questions about the upcoming election, the unionization process, technical considerations and any other related topics. The goal of this session is to create an open, respectful space for dialogue. Rather than a formal presentation format, the conversation will take place in a roundtable or circle setting to encourage shared discussion and minimize hierarchy between leadership and staff. Palmer: Matanuska Experiment Farm historical tour

Join Nelson Crone, farm director for the Matanuska Experiment Farm, for a free historical walking tour of the Matanuska Experiment Farm and Extension Center. The tour will delve into the history of the farm and agricultural research. Dress for the weather and be prepared for uneven or icy terrain.
