Google Calendar and 25Live

You can add any publicly-available 25Live calendar to your Google Calendars list, as long as the 25Live calendar is published without password protection.

Note After the 25Live calendar is updated, it can take up to a few hours for the changes to appear on your Google Calendar.

How to add a 25Live calendar to your Google Calendars list

In Google Calendar, you have the option to add a publicly-available 25Live (or any .ics) calender to the Google Calendars list.

To add a 25Live calendar

1. In Google Calendar, under Other calendars, click the drop-down arrow, and then choose Add by URL.
2. Type the URL for the published 25Live calendar.

   The URL should look like "webcal://the_calendar_URL.ics" -- where "webcal" replaces "http" and ".ics" is added to the end.

   For a fictional 25Live University calendar, for example, the URL might look like: "webcal://www.trumba.com/calendars/trumba-u.ics" in Google Calendar.

3. Click Add Calendar.
