Add calendars to modern SharePoint sites
This topic covers how to add a 25Live spud
to modern SharePoint sites. (For classic SharePoint, go to Add calendars to SharePoint sites.)
Important Before you begin, verify that your organization has completed the admin requirements. See Install the 25Live SharePoint web part.
To add a 25Live spud to modern SharePoint sites:
- Develop and test the 25Live spud
intended for your modern SharePoint site, as you'll need the code later in this procedure.
For more information, see: Add and customize spuds.
- In 25Live, navigate to the calendar you're using for your SharePoint site, and then from the Publishing Control Panel, copy the spud code
that you want to add to your SharePoint site.
- In a modern SharePoint site page (or its equivalent), add the 25Live web part.
- In SharePoint, click the Edit web part icon, and then paste the code that you copied in step #2 into the Embed Code field, as in this example:
- Click Apply (or Republish if the page is already published).
- Apply the above steps to add other 25Live spuds
to your SharePoint site, as needed.
For general information about managing modern SharePoint web parts, see: Classic and modern web part experiences.
Note Features available with 25Live's modern SharePoint implementation may differ from other 25Live calendars you've seen or worked with.
